Fee Policy
No refund will be provided after the student has received access to online study materials, recorded lectures, or live class links.
Refunds are allowed only when:

Duplicate payment due to technical error

NexVed cancels the course before commencement
Non-refundable cases:

Change of mind after enrollment

Partial usage of course content

Failure to attend live classes or personal reasons

Lack of internet, system, or technical setup
Refund Request Process
Send an email to studentsupport@nexved.in within 7 days of payment including:

Full Name and Registered Email

Payment Receipt/Transaction ID

Reason for refund request
Approved refunds will be credited within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.

Certification & Course Completion Policy
Certificate will be provided only if:

All modules are completed

Assignments/tests/projects are submitted and passed

Minimum 75% attendance (or as applicable)
If a student leaves midway or fails to meet the criteria, no certificate will be issued.
Student Conduct & Content Usage
Students must:

Maintain discipline, professional behavior, and academic integrity

Not share, record, sell, or upload course videos, PDFs, or materials without permission

Use content only for personal learning—not for resale or plagiarism
Violation may lead to admission cancellation or legal action.
Internship & Placement Support

NexVed may offer resume-building, interview preparation, and internship guidance

Placement assistance is support-based, not guaranteed

Final selection depends on student capabilities and company criteria
